\u201cWhat shall I render to the LORD for all his benefits to me?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cremember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Psalms 103:2<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,<\/p>\n

Psalms 105:5<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Remember the wondrous works that he has done, his miracles, and the judgments he uttered,<\/p>\n

Psalms 106:7<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Our fathers, when they were in Egypt, did not consider your wondrous works; they did not remember the abundance of your steadfast love, but rebelled by the sea, at the Red Sea.<\/p>\n

Psalms 106:21<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0They forgot God, their Savior, who had done great things in Egypt,<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 8:2-4<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And you shall remember the whole way that the LORD your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, testing you to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments or not.\u00a0\u00a0And he humbled you and let you hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that man does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.\u00a0\u00a0Your clothing did not wear out on you and your foot did not swell these forty years.<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 8:10-14<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And you shall eat and be full, and you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land he has given you.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cTake care lest you forget the LORD your God by not keeping his commandments and his rules and his statutes, which I command you today,\u00a0\u00a0lest, when you have eaten and are full and have built good houses and live in them,\u00a0\u00a0and when your herds and flocks multiply and your silver and gold is multiplied and all that you have is multiplied,\u00a0\u00a0then your heart be lifted up, and you forget the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery,<\/p>\n

Deuteronomy 32:6<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Do you thus repay the LORD, you foolish and senseless people? Is not he your father, who created you, who made you and established you?<\/p>\n

2 Chronicles 32:25<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0But Hezekiah did not make return according to the benefit done to him, for his heart was proud. Therefore wrath came upon him and Judah and Jerusalem.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 63:7<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0I will recount the steadfast love of the LORD, the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD has granted us, and the great goodness to the house of Israel that he has granted them according to his compassion, according to the abundance of his steadfast love.<\/p>\n

Jeremiah 2:31-32<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And you, O generation, behold the word of the LORD. Have I been a wilderness to Israel, or a land of thick darkness? Why then do my people say, \u2018We are free, we will come no more to you\u2019? Can a virgin forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? Yet my people have forgotten me days without number.<\/p>\n

Luke 17:15-18<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice;\u00a0\u00a0and he fell on his face at Jesus’ feet, giving him thanks. Now he was a Samaritan.\u00a0\u00a0Then Jesus answered, \u201cWere not ten cleansed? Where are the nine?\u00a0\u00a0Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

David said, “remember” and “forget not, the benefits and mighty works of God<\/em>” .<\/p>\n

Moses said, “take care lest you forget”, and “is this how you repay the Lord for all of His benefits?” \u00a0”\u00a0\u201cTake care lest you forget the LORD your God by not keeping his commandments and his rules and his statutes, which I command you today,\u00a0\u00a0lest, when you have eaten and are full and have built good houses and live in them,\u00a0\u00a0and when your herds and flocks multiply and your silver and gold is multiplied and all that you have is multiplied,\u00a0\u00a0then your heart be lifted up, and you forget the LORD your God,<\/em>”<\/p>\n

Once again it is recorded another way in Jeremiah, “Yet my people have forgotten me days without number<\/em>”<\/p>\n

We all need reminders. \u00a0Remember to humbly serve, praise, honor, follow, and obey God. \u00a0Do not forget His grace and mercy in your time of plenty. \u00a0Do not forget His gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. \u00a0Do not forget to seek and desire His whispers of guidance into your heart and soul. \u00a0Do not lean on your own understanding. \u00a0Open the door to your heart and soul wide open to His plans and purpose for your life. \u00a0Yes we all need reminders of encouragement to the steadfast awesome power, might, and love of God.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
