\u201cthey shall come and proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn, that he has done it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Psalms 98:2<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0The LORD has made known his salvation; he has revealed his righteousness in the sight of the nations.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 45:21-23<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Declare and present your case; let them take counsel together! Who told this long ago? Who declared it of old? Was it not I, the LORD? And there is no other god besides me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none besides me.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cTurn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.\u00a0\u00a0By myself I have sworn; from my mouth has gone out in righteousness a word that shall not return: \u2018To me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear allegiance.\u2019<\/p>\n

Isaiah 52:10<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0The LORD has bared his holy arm before the eyes of all the nations, and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.<\/p>\n

Luke 2:30-32<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0for my eyes have seen your salvation\u00a0\u00a0that you have prepared in the presence of all peoples,\u00a0\u00a0a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Romans 10:18<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0But I ask, have they not heard? Indeed they have, for \u201cTheir voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.\u201d<\/p>\n

Romans 1:17<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, \u201cThe righteous shall live by faith.\u201d<\/p>\n

I wonder if we forget that it is the Lord who has made known salvation. \u00a0First through prophecy of a coming savior and then through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. \u00a0It is a light to eternal life. \u00a0It is a light to a place of refuge, hope, peace, and courage. \u00a0This life brings fulfilling purpose to our everyday lives. \u00a0Having a light in the darkness is what gives us hope, builds our faith, and gives us courage to face tomorrow. \u00a0Share this light to those lost and living in darkness.
