These are the true words of God<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Many times we are given examples of being followers of Christ through marriage. \u00a0In Matthew we see the need to be ready for the bridegroom for He is coming. \u00a0In Revelation the marriage is explained as the church is the bride of Christ and that the bride should be ready or will not be invited to the marriage feast. \u00a0In Isaiah God is the compassionate redeemer Husband. \u00a0The compassion of God is found in John 3:16\u00a0\u201cFor God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.” \u00a0Through grace and mercy God has called out to His bride. \u00a0What do you think is in store for those who take this invitation lightly?<\/p>\n

Matthew 25:1
\n\u201cThen the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish, and five were wise. For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, but the wise took flasks of oil with their lamps. As the bridegroom was delayed, they all became drowsy and slept. But at midnight there was a cry, \u2018Here is the bridegroom! Come out to meet him. \u2019 Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, \u2018Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out. \u2019 But the wise answered, saying, \u2018Since there will not be enough for us and for you, go rather to the dealers and buy for yourselves. \u2019 And while they were going to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the marriage feast, and the door was shut. Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, \u2018Lord, lord, open to us. \u2019 But he answered, \u2018Truly, I say to you, I do not know you. \u2019 Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour<\/strong><\/p>\n

Revelation 19:7
\nLet us rejoice and exult
\nand give him the glory,
\nfor the marriage of the Lamb has come,<\/strong>
\nand his Bride has made herself ready<\/strong>;
\nit was granted her to clothe herself
\nwith fine linen, bright and pure\u201d\u2014
\nfor the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.
\nAnd the angel said to me, \u201cWrite this: Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.\u201d And he said to me, \u201cThese are the true words of God<\/strong><\/p>\n
