\u201cRestore us, O LORD God of hosts! Let your face shine, that we may be saved!\u201d<\/p>\n

You will say in that day: \u201cI will give thanks to you, O LORD, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBehold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Psalms 85:1<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0 LORD, you were favorable to your land; you restored the fortunes of Jacob. \u00a0You forgave the iniquity of your people; you covered all their sin. \u00a0You withdrew all your wrath; you turned from your hot anger. \u00a0Restore us again, O God of our salvation, and put away your indignation toward us! \u00a0Will you be angry with us forever? Jeremiah 31:18<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0I have heard Ephraim grieving, \u2018You have disciplined me, and I was disciplined, like an untrained calf; bring me back that I may be restored, for you are the LORD my God.<\/p>\n

Lamentations 5:21<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Restore us to yourself, O LORD, that we may be restored!<\/p>\n

Micah 7:18<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity and passing over transgression for the remnant of his inheritance? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in steadfast love.<\/p>\n

Acts 13:39<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.<\/p>\n

Colossians 2:13<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,<\/p>\n

Psalms 78:38<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Yet he, being compassionate, atoned for their iniquity and did not destroy them; he restrained his anger often and did not stir up all his wrath.<\/p>\n

How do you know if God is angry with you? \u00a0How do you know if you are being disciplined? \u00a0How do you know if you are right with God? How do you know if your life is on the straight and narrow path of God? \u00a0 There are many examples in scripture that speak of generations of people who lived in a way that was apart from God. \u00a0There was a choice made in their life to neglect Him and His statutes. \u00a0This choice, I have to think, was not all at once but was the result of many small steps on a path that did not honor, serve, follow, or obey God. \u00a0 Taking many small steps or fewer large ones in the wrong direction on the wrong path will always end up further and further away from God. \u00a0Soon you are lost and forget what the path of God for your life looked liked. \u00a0The light on His path for your life becomes totally dimmed, if not dark and deserted. \u00a0Everyday we battle our sinful desires that want to direct our heart, mind and soul. \u00a0Neglecting Him and being complacent in service and obedience to Him is what Satan desires and uses to light a path away from God. \u00a0The only way to win this battle is to stay in His word, desiring to stay close to Him, and wanting to be led by Him. \u00a0Do not wait until you are totally lost before turning back to Him. \u00a0Call out and seek to be rescued and restored. \u00a0Seek Him and He will be found. \u00a0Humbly serve Him and He will guide you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
