\u201cBut you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWith joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

John 7:37<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, \u201cIf anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. \u00a0Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, \u2018Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.\u2019\u201d \u00a0Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.<\/p>\n

John 14:16<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever,\u00a0\u00a0even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.<\/p>\n

John 14:26<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you<\/p>\n

Proverbs 1:23<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you.<\/p>\n

Isaiah 44:3<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour my Spirit upon your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.<\/p>\n

Joel 2:28<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cAnd it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh;<\/p>\n

Ephesians 1:13<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,<\/p>\n

This is the verse that has me thinking; “If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you.<\/em>” \u00a0If we turn at His reproof – How do we know of His reproof? \u00a0How do we understand that we have done something wrong, or are doing something we shouldn’t, or not doing something we should, or thinking something we shouldn’t?????? \u00a0How do we know we are on the path and in the purpose God has for our life? \u00a0First we must have a heart, soul and mind deep desire to know, humbly serve, honor, follow and obey Him. \u00a0Second, we must understand to know Him we must have a mind that trusts in , clings to, and rely on Him. \u00a0Third, we must stay in His word. \u00a0Fourth, we must want to hear His leading in our life on paths which are in line with His word. \u00a0Fifth, we must talk to Him in prayer. \u00a0Sixth, we must believe He is able to guide, direct, lead, instruct, protect, and be our refuge, hope, joy, and power. \u00a0 We do not get His leading through complacent neglect of His word. \u00a0It takes faith and commitment and time in His word each day to overcome the dilution affect this culture we live in has on our life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
