John 4:34<\/b>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0Jesus said to them, \u201cMy food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work. \u00a0Do you not say, \u2018There are yet four months, then comes the harvest\u2019? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest. \u00a0Already the one who reaps is receiving wages and gathering fruit for eternal life, so that sower and reaper may rejoice together. \u00a0For here the saying holds true, \u2018One sows and another reaps.\u2019 \u00a0<\/a>\u00a0I sent you to reap that for which you did not labor. Others have labored, and you have entered into their labor.\u201d<\/p>\n

Proverbs 11:30<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and whoever captures souls is wise.<\/p>\n

Daniel 12:3<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.<\/p>\n

Romans 6:22<\/b><\/a>\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.<\/p>\n

1 Timothy 4:16<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by so doing you will save both yourself and your hearers.<\/p>\n

James 5:19<\/b><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0My brothers, if anyone among you wanders from the truth and someone brings him back,\u00a0\u00a0let him know that whoever brings back a sinner from his wandering will save his soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins.<\/p>\n

Sometimes we are the planters of the Gospel seed and other times we are the harvesters of all the work of someone else. \u00a0 Being in God’s fields has satisfying purpose and meaning. \u00a0We are able to see seeds being planted and fruit being produced and as well harvest of the fruit. \u00a0The point is we need to be in the same field with God –\u00a0Working in His field rather than just watching His field from the side of the road. \u00a0Be in His word, read it, think about it, believe it, speak of it,\u00a0follow, and obey it.\u00a0“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth”<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
