This morning I share thoughts from a friend who is a model to me of dedication, faith, trust, and Hope in God.<\/p>\n
Galatians 6:9<\/span>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.<\/span><\/p>\n
\nIsaiah 40:30-31\u00a0 Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted;\u00a0 but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Romans 2:7\u00a0\u00a0to those who by patience in well-doing<\/span><\/p>\n
Leviticus 26:4\u00a0\u00a0then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\n\nJames 5:7\u00a0\u00a0Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
\n\nLuke 18:1\u00a0\u00a0And he told them a parable to the effect that they ought always to pray and not lose heart.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0So, I reminded myself:<\/p>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Don\u2019t grow weary in the quiet work.<\/p>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Don\u2019t grow weary in the unseen work.<\/p>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Don\u2019t grow weary in the publicly seen work.<\/p>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Don\u2019t grow weary when the results are not immediate.<\/p>\n
o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Do continue to place your trust, your hopes, and your confidence in the Creator God who has always existed outside of time and space and about whom David wrote the heavens are simply \u201cthe work of your fingers\u201d (Psalm 8:3 \u2013 NIV).<\/p>\n
