\u00a0<\/span>Luke 12:47-48<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0\u00a0And that servant who knew his master’s will but did not get ready or act according to his will, will receive a severe beating.\u00a0\u00a0But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Matthew 11:20-24<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Then he began to denounce the cities where most of his mighty works had been done, because they did not repent.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cWoe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape if we reject him who warns from heaven.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>1 Peter 2:8<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0and \u201cA stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.\u201d They stumble because they disobey the word, as they were destined to do.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Galatians 3:1<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0\u00a0O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? It was before your eyes that Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Galatians 5:7<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0You were running well. Who hindered you from obeying the truth?<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>2 Thessalonians 1:8<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0in flaming fire, inflicting vengeance on those who do not know God and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Heb 2:1-4<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>\u00a0Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it. \u00a0For since the message declared by angels proved to be reliable, and every transgression or disobedience received a just retribution, \u00a0how shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation?
