Romans 8:5-8 \u00a0 <\/b>Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires;\u00a0but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>The mind governed by the flesh is death,\u00a0but the mind governed by the Spirit is life\u00a0and peace.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God;\u00a0it does not submit to God\u2019s law, nor can it do so.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>Those who are in the realm of the flesh\u00a0cannot please God.<\/p>\n
Rom 1:28-32<\/b>\u00a0<\/a><\/span>\u00a0And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.\u00a0They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips,\u00a0slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents,\u00a0foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. \u00a0Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Ecclesiastes 7:29<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0\u00a0See, this alone I found, that God made man upright, but they have sought out many schemes.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>1 John 2:15-16<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.\u00a0\u00a0For all that is in the world\u2014the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life\u2014is not from the Father but is from the world.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>John 15:23-24<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Whoever hates me hates my Father also.\u00a0\u00a0If I had not done among them the works that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin, but now they have seen and hated both me and my Father.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Ephesians 4:18-19<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart.\u00a0\u00a0They have become callous and have given themselves up to sensuality, greedy to practice every kind of impurity.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>2 Peter 2:14<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0\u00a0They have eyes full of adultery, insatiable for sin. They entice unsteady souls. They have hearts trained in greed.
