Would you like to have a better relationship with God? Would you like to have victory over temptation? Would you like to have supernatural equilibrium when the world around you is topsy-turvy? The answer is allowing God\u2019s Word to \u201crichly dwell within you\u201d (Colossians 3:16).<\/p>\n
Listen to the preached Word of God. Part of God\u2019s plan for your spiritual growth is that you be in a local church where you hear His Word taught regularly.<\/p>\n
To get a good grip on God\u2019s Word, you need to read God\u2019s Word. You\u2019ll find that the more you read, the more you will hunger for God\u2019s Word.<\/p>\n
Some Christians say, \u201cI don\u2019t have time.\u201d I\u2019ve found that we make time for the things that are important to us.\u00a0 (Jeffress)<\/p>\n

There is nothing in this world that can fill your heart with love, joy, peace, hope, purpose, etc….. We have all tried and come up empty, time after time. In God’s Word purpose, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and light are found in a dark and mixed-up world.\u00a0 Time in His Word will never be void of instruction, purpose, meaning, and light for our lives.\u00a0 However, void of this, there is only chasing after the wind in hopes of catching hold of the purpose of our lives. The closer we get to the end of our natural lives and reflect on our past, it will only have meaning with Christ in our hearts and the Holy Spirit in our minds.<\/p>\n
Spending time in God’s Word with your heart and mind’s desire to draw closer to God for the purpose of honoring and glorifying Jesus Christ in all thoughts, words, and actions, the Holy Spirit will guide, direct, encourage, convict, lead, and give you discernment not only in your life but of the world and what it has to offer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
