You cannot discern the signs of the times.<\/em> Have you ever been confused by highway signs like these: \u201cSlow Children at Play.\u201d Or \u201cCaution Pedestrians Slippery When Wet.\u201d A traffic sign in England says, \u201cRight Lane Must Turn Left.\u201d One man saw a sign reading, \u201cEntrance Only. Do Not Enter.\u201d A sign in California said, \u201cPlease Slow Drively.\u201d And if you see a large sign announcing, \u201cWelcome to Accident,\u201d you\u2019re probably entering the town of Accident, Maryland.<\/p>\n The world is giving us a lot of confusing signs right now, and sometimes we hardly know where we\u2019re headed or what we\u2019re doing. We feel lost. But let your mind go back to when Thomas felt the same way. He asked, \u201cLord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?\u201d Jesus said, \u201cI am the way, the truth, and the life\u201d (John 14:5-6).<\/p>\n When we focus on Jesus, we find the Way, we know the Truth, and we experience the Life. There\u2019s nothing confusing about that.
