“Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Hosea 4:6
\nMy people are destroyed for lack of knowledge;<\/strong>
\nbecause you have rejected knowledge,<\/strong>
\nI reject you from<\/strong> being a priest to me.
\nAnd since you have forgotten the law of your God,
\nI also will forget your children.<\/strong>
\nThe more they increased,
\nthe more they sinned against me;
\nI will change their glory into shame.<\/strong>
\nThey feed on the sin of my people;
\nthey are greedy for their iniquity.
\nAnd it shall be like people, like priest;
\nI will punish them for their ways<\/strong>
\nand repay them for their deeds.<\/p>\n

Exodus 19:5
\nand how I bore you on eagles’ wings and brought you to myself. Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession among all peoples, for all the earth is mine; and you shall be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proverbs 1:28
\nThen they will call upon me, but I will not answer;<\/strong>
\nthey will seek me diligently but will not find me.<\/strong>
\nBecause they hated knowledge<\/strong>
\nand did not choose the fear of the Lord,<\/strong>
\nwould have none of my counsel<\/strong>
\nand despised all my reproof,<\/strong>
\ntherefore they shall eat the fruit of their way,<\/strong>
\nand have their fill of their own devices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

They hated knowledge. \u00a0They rejected knowledge. They lacked knowledge. They did not choose the fear of the Lord. \u00a0And because of this God said: “I will reject you.” \u00a0“I will punish you.” \u00a0“I will not answer them.” \u00a0“I will forget your children.” \u00a0“I will not allow them to find me.” \u00a0“I will let them eat the fruit of their ways.” \u00a0“I will change the glory to shame.” \u00a0These are all recorded and given to us for the purpose of knowledge, understanding, insight, and warning. \u00a0Why is it that we listen to God’s saving grace and mercy but live \u00a0not serving, not fearing, not listening, not desiring, not seeking,\u00a0not obeying…….? \u00a0Your life will not have any true peace, rest, purpose without total surrender to Him. \u00a0Choose to desire Him. \u00a0Choose to seek Him. \u00a0Choose to honor and glorify Him. \u00a0Choose knowledge of Him. \u00a0Choose Him above all this world has to offer. \u00a0Keep track today and see where your thoughts are and what your actions are. \u00a0Are they in line with Gods word? \u00a0Are they what would honor and glorify God? \u00a0Are they out of a desire to humbly serve and honor and glorify God?<\/p>\n
