We do not need to look very far to see and hear these people in action. Satan has always given ammunition to people who are willing to work his will. He gives them fiery darts to fling at us, and his weapons will increase in size and power as his evil is allowed to control people. Satan\u2019s arrows are propelled by people who act as his bow\u2026by those who have rejected God\u2019s truth.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Satan\u2019s lies have become their truth. His favorite targets are Christians. His goal is to destroy our faith. God has given Christians weapons and we need to stand and fight.\u00a0Jesus Christ sent us the Holy Spirit to guide, direct, empower, encourage, lead, and navigate through this world.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Holy Spirit does not lead us into fear of the matters of today or tomorrow. <i>\u201cAbove all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.\u201d Ephesians 6:16.<\/i>\u00a0Will you allow the fiery darts of Satan\u2019s followers to cause you to fear, run, and hate.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If your faith is in the Lord, then you have more than a shield of protection. We are protected by the very hands of God. Study God\u2019s word and apply it to your life. In that way, you\u2019ll learn of His grace, love, mercy, power, strength, and learn and grow to depend upon Him in faith. Do you actually think what is happening today is anything new?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>All of this fear, hate, anger, and confusion may be new to us because the Holy Spirit has opened our eyes and ears to see and hear the lies of Satan being spewed out by those he controls, but it is not new.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It is just different for us.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Most of us have lived quiet lives of shallow faith.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Our faith has not been tested like this before.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If ever there has been a wake-up call for Christians and non-believers it is now.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>If you try to make sense of what is going on right now, don\u2019t even try to understand.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>These works and lies of those controlled by Satan will not make sense to believers.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Stay in God and make intentional choices and decisions instead of irrationally fearing lies.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cFor, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.\u201d Psalm 11:2.\u00a0There were wicked people in David\u2019s time, just as there are wicked people today.
